Stress Management

We look for ways in which stress has affected the client’s physiology.  Poor sleep, poor concentration, fatigue, weight gain, headaches, nervousness, and hormone imbalances are all common complaints.  Dr. Larson supports her clients to take back their health by making the lifestyle changes that are the cornerstone of stress management.

Evaluations include lifestyle assessment, urine and/or salivary hormone testing, nutritional assessment, and stool tests.
